I am a resident staying at Blk 80 and I noticed recently I have been receiving several circulars to remind residents not to dispose bulky items like furniture at rubbish chute area and to clear any object that may cause obstruction. I must thank the management team for sending out these circulars as they serve as a reminder to residents to be more civic minded and considerate to the rest of the residents at Edelweiss. The management team effort in enforcing this is commendable as very often such reminders may not be well received by residents.

To whom it may concern,

My unit has over the years experienced water leaks marks on wall, and though I have approached MCST for assistance, they came, checked, left and no news back. I am left with a very stain wall with foul smell.

With each new batch of MCST team, I would have to repeat the same exercise over and over as they advised that it was my internal wall and not an external issue.

I would like to mention that when Siti and her team came onboard, she was willing to listen, and address my concern. I did not have to get my own contractor to come and evaluate and with MCST’s contractor to re-confirm, began the works to get it rectify. It is a long process to await several quotes to get council approval, but Siti kept me updated during these period and I am appreciative for her team and her efforts.
